Congratulations to the new members of the PMAP board. Most especially my beautiful cousin Aya Abesamis and Mr President Rafa Kiefer.

This coming 2017 we will celebrate its 30th Anniversary, it will be an important stage for the new elected board to start planning the exciting event. Look out for their other special projects they have in store. Go see for potential PMAP models will be held end of November. October 29th, 2015 I had the pleasure of attending Caltrate’s #LoveYourBones Event at Holiday Inn with Nico and Kharla. The event was held to create awareness for the silent disease, Osteoporosis. We need to make sure we prioritize our health, I learnt simple measures from our wonderful speakers at this event. Eating healthy, exercising and having knowledge on how we can maintain a happy lifestyle for ourselves and our family.
This was her first hosting gig after giving birth. it was nice meeting you, Andi!
Hope you enjoy watching my snippets of the fun event on my YouTube channel Mafae Belasco #mafaesworld =)

On a rainy Saturday, I took the kids to Kick Ass’ Strollin’ With My Homies event at Ayala Triangle. Thinking that the event would be cancelled Game Changer Ph made the fun event go on no matter what. Kids and I arrived at the event early and witnessed how amazing the people involved made the covered area of Ayala Triangle look funtastic. To the tables decorated with yummy treats, to the play area for the kids and the colorful strollers displayed ready for action.
Nicci and I matching in our Strollin’ With My Homies shirts.
Moses and I wearing our Under Armour shoes.
With my awesome friends: Emm Sulit, Karl (in his BUSA jersey!) and Maricel Cua.
I really enjoyed exercising with this stroller, really considering it for my new baby. Strong and easy to use.
Bravo to everyone involved, Noah (6 months baking) and the kids and I had so much fun. You guys did not allow the weather to stop you from having us mommies enjoy the fun.
Do checkout these fab people who made the day an exciting one –
So, fancy having friends who is living a similar life as your own family. Well its possible and here I am sharing with you an inspiring family that we adore.
Jo is a long time childhood friend whom our grandmothers were even closer than we were. We lived in the same neighborhood and every gathering we had for our village she was always inspiring us with her talents. Not only could Jo sing, she also played the saxophone.
Jo continues to show girl power, she was the only girl in her family having three brothers and now mothering three of her own gorgeous boys Tyler, Kaden and Elijah. She tells us how she maintains her personal achievements and proves that “athlete wife” / “footy wife” terms are false judgements. She defines “a wife of a husband that works hard” is her statement. I most definitely agree with that.
Jo met Tony Puletua in high school, where it all began. Tony was pursuing a football career that lead them to traveling the world. Check out the features on my Vlog as we discussed the fun and some not glamourous times of living a life with a family member who is a professional athlete.
On Friday October 16th 2015, Learning Plus opened their doors to everyone in the Philippines. Learning Plus is a bookstore dedicated to making your homeschooling experience easier, supplying you with books to make sure that you #LearnBetter. You will also find great reads and guides for parents on passing on the knowledge to our little ones. My personal favorite is the Homeschool Diary, it has helped me organize my daily routines with my children.
Owner and President of TMA (The Masters Academy), Edric Mendoza giving the opening remarks.
This week will be the most exciting event for Philippine Homeschooling at SM Aura. Whether you are homeschooling parents or wanting to know more about homeschooling. This is a day you will regret to miss.
Exciting speakers will be gracing the day, the “Global Home Education Conference” (GHEC) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in March 2016, two well-respected homeschool advocates and speakers from the United States will be gracing the event as keynote speakers: Michael Donnelly, Director for Global Outreach of the Homeschool Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) and Secretary of GHEC 2016, and Rachael Carman, mother of seven and best-selling author and publisher of popular homeschool curriculum Apologia. Rachael’s husband, Davis, the President of Apologia, will be speaking as well.
I am so excited to learn more about being a homeschool parent, I hope to see you all there! My favorite couple will be speaking also Edric and Joy Mendoza.
Lets share the new way of making sure our children are using all their talents to their potential.
If there were a real superwoman it would be Kia Duras!
Now tell me who do you know that has done it all and still living life to the fullest with a smile.
Introducing my cousin in law 42 years old and not looking a day over 25.
I am proud of knowing this woman, my husband and Kia grew up together and was mostly mentored and guided by their strong willed grandmother ‘Mimi’.
‘Mimi’ was the original “SuperWoman” that took care of a 5 acre property that she turned into a farm. Mimi’s property was Kia and Nic’s playground throughout their childhood years. Having four daughters of her own Mimi still managed to live each day making sure her animals, property and family were all taken care of. Kia took after Mimi’s lead and now lives in the same property with her 5 girls.
This picture was taken during Kia’s cancer episode. Kia was recovering and going through chemo still and fell pregnant to her fourth child Ayanna. The doctor informed her that it would be dangerous for her to pursue the pregnancy, with her big heart she took the chance. Kia was then blessed with a healthy baby girl and is now free from cancer.
This lady means alot to me and sharing her with you all is the least I can do. I hope Kia inspires you like she does to me each and everyday.
